Delete Your Data

WanderMap stores your exploration data locally on your device. You can delete it anytime.

Delete Data on Your Device

  1. Open WanderMap
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Clear All Data"
  4. Confirm deletion

This deletes all visited road segments and cached data immediately. There's no way to recover it.

Delete Your Global Map Contributions

If you've enabled coverage sharing, your visited road segments are uploaded along with an anonymous identifier so we can de-duplicate contributions. To request deletion of those contributions:

  1. Open WanderMap and go to Settings → Privacy
  2. Tap Email support to delete (this prefills the email with your identifier), or tap Copy identifier and paste it into a new email yourself
  3. Send the email to support@wandermap.app

Erasure typically completes within a few business days. The next daily aggregation removes your contributions from the public counts.

Crash Reports

If you've submitted any crash reports, they're automatically deleted after 90 days.

Want them deleted sooner? Email support@wandermap.app with the subject "Delete My Crash Report Data" and we'll remove them within 7 days.
